TYPES OF HR STRATEGY IN A MODERN ORGANISATION: MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!
What does the choice of strategy chosen by an organization depend on? The authors of this article, well-known specialists, suggest that it depends primarily on the relationship between employer and employee and put forward their own type of HR strategy.
